We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes: provision and operation of this website, processing of purchases and memberships via the Whop platform, affiliate tracking for commission attribution, and compliance with legal obligations. Data is only shared with third parties as described in this policy.

Applicable legal bases

Applicable legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection: If you are located in Switzerland, we process your data on the basis of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Swiss FADP). The processing of personal data is carried out in good faith, is lawful and proportionate (Art. 6 para. 1 and 2 of the Swiss FADP). Personal data is only collected for a specific purpose that is identifiable to the data subject (Art. 6 para. 3 of the Swiss FADP).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. Transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

Web Hosting (Infomaniak)

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. When the page is accessed, technical access data (IP address, browser type, date/time) is stored in server log files. Social media profiles

We maintain profiles on the following platforms: YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), X/Twitter (X Internet Unlimited Company, Ireland), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland). When visiting these profiles, the respective privacy policies of the platforms apply. User data may be processed outside the EU.

Commercial services (Whop)

Purchases and memberships are processed via the Whop platform (Whop Inc., USA). In doing so, Whop processes personal data (name, email, payment data) in accordance with its own privacy policy: whop.com/privacy. We receive only the data necessary for the provision of services. Data is stored by Whop for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. As Whop is based in the USA, data is transferred to the United States. This transfer is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which has been in force since 15 September 2024 and ensures an adequate level of data protection for certified US companies.

Rights of data subjects

Under the Swiss FADP you have the following rights: right of access, right to data surrender or transfer, right to rectification, right to object and right to erasure.
